Elizabeth Rogers

Beth graduated from Florida State University with a degree in physical education and a minor in exercise science. After college, she moved to Colorado to enjoy and take advantage of all the outdoor activities it offered. She is an avid snowboarder, hiker and trail runner.

She fell in love with Pilates in 2005 after realizing it was the first exercise she’d ever done that held her interest, one that she actually looked forward to. She also liked the way it transformed one’s appearance in a different way from any other style of workout. She observed that Pilates seemed to improve all life activities.

She loves introducing beginners to this unique movement system as well as challenging students who are ready to hone more advanced skills. Her caring nature and genuine love for Pilates create a safe place to explore and challenge potential. Her passion is to improve the lives of those around her with better health, new friendships, and a positive mind.

Beth moved to Davidson in 2011 and acquired her Pilates certification through Club Pilates in 2017. She helped open a studio in Huntersville, NC, where she taught for the last two and a half years. She is certified in reformer, springboard, Cadillac, chair, ladder barrel, spine corrector and barre.

When she is not teaching Pilates, Beth enjoys baking with her 11 year old daughters and being outdoors and traveling with her husband and family.
